This is probably just going to be a deposit container for all of my awesome garbage.
You're welcome.

Current Events:
-I still have not seen X-Men: Origins yet. Kind of a drag. Adventureland needs to be seen again though!
-On a 10 day gloom streak according to the weather forecast. I actually don't mind it. It seems like when it's ultra nice outside, I get distracted easily and put life on hold to have fun - almost like the 10 year old inside of me comes out to play - without me having a say in anything.
-Realistically I've listened to SO much Shoegaze / "New Gaze" / Dreampop / etc to immediately know when something is out of the ordinary, or extremely mediocore. For every 10 "Nu Gaze" bands, there is MAYBE one that is worth giving time. It's not that the others are bad, there is just nothing that sets them aside from any other noise pop band. I came across a band tonight called "Crash City Saints". I heard them on an online noise station probably a year back (Aurora Radio on Live365) - But I was unable to find any of their albums, so unfortunately I discarded them.
Had a song play tonight that made me realize the mistake I've made.
Incredible Nu-Gaze band: http://www.myspace.com/crashcitysaints
Specifically the tracks "Cough Syrup" and "Panic Queen".
I hate linking a Myspace - but that's normally the only place that will stream the music without searching the internet endlessly.
They are a perfect example of what a Nu-Gaze(modern Shoegaze) band should be.
